Joanne Kay is the owner of VBM Solutions. She is a Virtual Business Manager who specializes in working with coaches, speakers and business consultants by innovating systems and processes to bring new value and meaning to future possibilities and growth. Her passion is to bring to clients the opportunity to live into their dreams, vision, and purpose. This is accomplished by building, maintaining, and delivering a structure that connects the details and discipline of a solid administrative foundation in the midst of the often complex and chaotic processes.
Joanne’s diversified education includes studies in Business Administration at York University, Toronto, obtaining various Internet certificates at Albright College, Reading,PA and achieving Quick Books Certification online.
Joanne maintains a physical and virtual presence in various local and global communities. She is an active member in the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry sitting on the Power Networking Committee, part of the newly formed Engagement Committee. She is also a member of the Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce, Virtual Assistant Networking Association, with which she won September 2008’s Business Entrepreneur award, and a recipient of the Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Class of 2008 award. Joanne is also active in Wilson High School’s Academic Booster Committee and the Pennsylvania’s Association for Gifted Education.
