Joanne Kay and the work of the VBM Solution’s team have played a critical role in the development of my business as an executive coach. While I love to network with people and deliver workshops the organization and logistics required to keep my calendar filled with these key activities that produce the bulk of my potential clients is not a task or skill I possess. By turning this work over to Joanne I am able to focus on those activities I excel at like Coaching and Connecting with people.

Monthly I am presented with a list of possible networking opportunities. Once I select the events I want to attend all I need do is show up and be myself. The registration, directions, and reminders are delivered to me via email the week of the event.

When it comes to workshops, all I need do is select the names of people I would like to invite from my database which is managed by Joanne. She prepares the invitation, sets it up in Constant Contact, gets my approval, schedules the date and time to send the email, schedules a follow up and then tracks all the statistics for me. I also like to schedule monthly updates and email cards for holidays, thank you notes and other information mailing I may think of and that is the key, I think of it and Joanne handles it. She is also proof reads my articles and is continually sending me articles, networking events, and workshops that may be of interest to me.

Joanne and VBM Solutions not only save me a tremendous amount of time but more importantly she allows me to focus on what I do best. This includes one other thing I did not mention and while it may sound trivial for an extravert there are times I am driving and just need to speak to someone. I can call Joanne and have a brief conversation and refuel my need to be in touch again with a human being.

Joan Markham came to VBM Solutions never having worked with a virtual assistant

She has an online coaching practice geared towards women entrepreneurs and was finding it hard to manage everything on her plate.

Joan needed help answering her email, and organizing several teleseminars she was planning.

After an initial interview, VBM solutions presented Joan with a plan of action for implementing service which included a step-by-step sequence of the tasks involved with setting up each teleseminar, along with a marketing calendar.

VBM then coordinated setting up an email address associated with Joan’s company so we could pre-screen her emails coming from her website.

Upon a little instruction from Joan about the tone and voice she likes presented in her email correspondence, we immediately took over her email.

Simultaneously, we guided her through the administrative process for her teleseminars while managing all aspects involved, and created a procedural manual in the process.

Within just two weeks, Joan found relief from leaning on us to handle what she didn’t have the time for, knowing she could trust that all would be taken care of promptly and professionally.
